Westfield, Shanklin

Westfield, comprising 16 luxury, new build apartments situated in Shanklin, is on the former site of the disused Craven Court Hotel. The existing hotel was demolished and Westfield sympathetically replaced it, using the existing stone to remain in keeping with surrounding properties and local authority conservation requirements. 

We worked closely with the clients, contractors, building control and services to overcome construction restraints and complete the high-end apartments to the brief and within constraints.
