Mulberry House, Brook

Mulberry House is a bespoke new build project on the west side of the island, in Brook. The new dwelling replaces an old, rundown, single-storey property, which had seen better days. The timber-framed house is clad in natural stone, reflecting many of the properties in the area. A balcony to the first-floor bedroom provides excellent sea views and enhances the front elevation. Internally the layout and finishes give the property a clean, contemporary look. 

Externally, the brick quoins, window surrounds and timber detailing give the property a modern feel while still retaining a sense of the local, traditional heritage.
